Monthly programming
$240 / month
Written week, Sunday delivery, one mid-month load change. Cancel before the next Sunday to stop the following cycle.
12-week block
$660
Three months prepaid. Same Sunday delivery. One pause of up to 21 days if you travel or get sick.
Small rosters
Up to eight athletes can share one template plus individual load notes. Email the sport, the season dates, and how many people lift together. That quote is in writing because calendars differ.
Not included
- Meal plans or grocery lists.
- In-person spotting in Alberta.
- Medical clearance. You get that from your clinician.
