The agreement for coaching.

Buying a program or a review means you can train, you have told us about restrictions a clinician already gave you, and you understand this is coaching, not medical care.

Delivery

Monthly programming is delivered on Sunday for the week ahead. Film review is delivered within two business days of a usable clip. A consult is a booked call of about forty-five minutes.

Your part

You train in a facility you choose. You stop a lift that hurts in a way training soreness does not explain. You do not send us someone else's film and ask us to coach them under your name.

Stopping

Cancel monthly programming before the next Sunday to avoid the following cycle. The 12-week block follows the refund page.
